The Community Foundation of Marshall County (CFMC) is pleased to announce that the annual grant application materials are now available on the CFMC website, http://cfmarshallco.org/home/grants/.

Grant applicants should note CFMC is implementing a new grant application this year. We highly encourage that grant applicants attend an informational session regarding the new grant application on Friday, December 6th at noon in the Marshalltown Public Library Community Room. “I encourage grant applicants to review the new grant application materials prior to the informational session and come prepared with questions.” stated Julie Hitchins, Executive Director. Since the establishment of the County Endowment Fund Program in 2004, CFMC has awarded over $1.25 million in grant awards to 115 different organizations that serve Marshall County. Grant awarded in 2019 were disbursed to 30 different organizations and totaled $95,000 of support for projects. 2020 grant awards will be focused on projects that positively impact the way in which the citizens of Marshall County live, learn, work and play.

Grant applications are due at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2020, and must be submitted electronically.
